delighted with your jewelry purchase. We value our customers and your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. As such, we are glad to offer you a generous 90-day money back guarantee policy. If within 90 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied with our products, you are welcome to make a return for a full refund or request for an exchange of your jewelry. Kindly refer to the following guidelines:
Check Jewelry Immediately Upon Delivery
Always
check the jewelry thoroughly upon delivery, before signing the
carrier’s delivery order. If the items were damaged during shipping,
please make a claim with the carrier company.
Returning Jewelry For A Full Refund
We strive to display pictures which truely represent our quality jewelry. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us
within the 90-day period upon receiving the shipment. Please indicate
your order number and your reasons for wanting a full refund for the jewelry.
Returning Jewelry Which Is In Good Condition
If,
for some reason, you wish to get a replacement for jewelry which is in
good, marketable condition (nothing damaged, no missing parts), please contact us within the 90-day period upon receiving the shipment. Please indicate your order number and your reasons for wanting to exchange the jewelry.
Returning Defective Jewelry
It
is extremely unlikely that you will receive defective jewelry from Lush
Crystal Jewelry. All Lush Crystal Jewelry is handmade, so no two pieces
are alike. Jewelry delivered may differ slightly from pictures shown on
our website. Such minor variations are not considered defects. In any
case, if you still wish to have the jewelry replaced, you may contact us within the 90-day period upon receiving the shipment. Please indicate your order number and your reasons for wanting to replace the jewelry.
Return Authorization
Each
return request will be assessed on a case-to-case basis. Kindly note that the delivery charges for the return to us will be borne by you. For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made towards the returned purchase. The delivery charges will not be refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
Before returning any
jewelry, be sure to obtain a return authorization note from us. The note will contain a return reference number which will facilitate our communication. This is
essential if you wish to have a refund or replacement. All jewelry returned MUST be in
original and unused condition with original packaging and shipping
documents. Packages must be returned
prepaid. We cannot accept Cash-On-Delivery deliveries. Returns should reach us
within 14 days of our issuing a return authorization document. Any
claims thereafter will be viewed as invalid.
Use Insured Courier or Registered Mail
Please
make any returns via registered mail or insured courier, and be sure to
keep the receipt. Lush Crystal Jewelry cannot be held responsible for
any jewelry damaged or lost in transit. Replacements cannot be made if
we do not receive the jewelry in good condition.
